1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoCleanse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhotoCleanse is a mobile application designed to help users identify and manage duplicate photos on their iOS devices. The App provides tools to scan, identify, compare, and delete duplicate or similar photos.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. User Content and Permissions

The App requires access to your photo library to function properly. You maintain full ownership of your photos and data. The App only accesses photos on your device with your permission and does not upload your photos to any server without your explicit consent.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require an active PhotoCleanse Pro subscription. Available plans and prices are shown in the App and billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any deletion of your photos or data

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
